Replace the hardcoded "me" stamp for outgoing messages that are
sometimes used with the value from PREF_OUTGOING_STAMP.
It was never implemented in all code paths. Like with receipts for
example.
Additionally fix the confusing description and variable names.

Previously the titlebar only showed [OMEMO], regardless of whether the
active session contained untrusted devices. This forced users to manually
run /omemo fingerprint to check the security status of their conversation,
making it difficult to know at a glance if a session was truly secure.
New function `omemo_is_jid_trusted()` to check if all active devices for a JID are trusted.
Update chat and MUC titlebar to display [trusted] or [untrusted] tags when an OMEMO session is active.
Not sure if MUC makes sense here?
The /connect command supports several optional parameters
server, port, tls, and auth.
This was implemented in ac410445af but
this change in the command definitions probably were forgotten.
* Add new TLS policy `direct` as a replacement for `legacy`.
* Document that `/[command]?` prints the help of a command.
* Add option to get help via `/command help`.
* Fix `my-prof.supp` generation and tests for out-of-source builds.

While trying to get the unit tests working again I stumbled over all those
things that I thought could be better^TM.
Now we also know "TODO: why does this make the test fail?" - because
the unit tests are brittle AF ... and we have to init the subsystems
we use in the test, otherwise the cleanup will fail...
BTW. you can now also only run a single test ... or a pattern or so ...
you'd have to read how `cmocka_set_test_filter()` works exactly.

Instead of adding stuff to `_shutdown()`, we can now register a shutdown
routine from the respective `init()` function of our modules.
This also has the advantage, that we're sure they're called in reverse
order from how the initialization happened.
I didn't simply use `atexit()` because POSIX says that the number of
possible callbacks is limited (min 32) and I was not sure whether
we will maybe extend this number at one point.

`/url save $someurl` will now download to
`~/.local/share/profanity/downloads/from_jid/date/filename` instead of
`~/.local/share/profanity/downloads`.
Like this the downloaded files should be better ordered.
This will only happen for MUC and 1:1 chat windows.
Private windows might have only a nick or jid. Lets not distinguish
between those two ways. And since the nick option is unreliable to be
the same person lets just put them in the general downloads folder.
As is done with downloads from all other windows as well.
I also had the idea to make this configurable but this suits my needs
and time limits right now.
Return static tabmode as default,
separate previous change in `dynamic` mode.
Despite usefulness of the solution,
it was not approved to be a new default.
Vote (link below) amongst users to change default
has shown inconclusive result and it was not representative,
as it had low number of participants.

`/redraw` command allows resolve problem for usual users,
as well as developers.
Incredibly useful when debugging with something that
can trash out the output, like GDB.
Not to mention many asynchronous commands that can break the UI
at any point.
Before aliases used spaces in their name,
now the alias part is being read only before the first space,
thus allowing execution of complex command with aliases.
Example (with plugin):
`/alias add echo "/system exec echo"`
will allow execution of
`/echo test`
as opposed to prior state when the Profanity will
search for alias "echo tests" and output `Unknown command: /echo test`

Needed since `/logging` and `/history` didn't stop history logging
in the DB, only in files.
Command might break something on usage,
hence it was primarily introduced for privacy geeks.

Refactor `p_gpg_list_keys`
Add `/pgp autoimport` command,
it's not described in XEP-0027, but used in some clients,
such as PSI, Pidgin. It will autoimport keys received with
`/pgp sendpub`, in plain text as a message, or using features,
provided in other clients. It doesn't autoassign them, but shows
command to assign, letting user to decide.
Improve documentation for some preexisting functions

it's not described in XEP-0027, but used in some clients,

Add a message to inform users when they do not receive an avatar after
using "/avatar get" and "/avatar open". In case of a failure, the user
will be subscribed to future avatar updates as long as they continue
to use their current instance of profanity. Adding
"caps_remove_feature()" after "cons_show()" will unsubscribe the user
from avatar updates and prevent the user from downloading an avatar
unexpectedly hours later without issuing an "/avatar" command.

The new "disable" function follows the same logic as
"stanza_create_avatar_metadata_publish_iq()".
Introduce new feature: sessions_alarm.
Added new account setting: max_connections. On exceeding this number,
user will get an alert. If number is less than 1, no alert will happen.

Will only take effect upon creation or redraw of that tab.
Reason is that we do this in create_tab to limit building this
dynamically.
Let's leave it like it is but add a note to users.
Not worth build that string all the time.
Before this change, only nickname or JID (if no nickname set) is shown in the titlebar.
Change allows to alter nickname/JID preference
using already implemented /titlebar show jid|name setting.
If both are set to "show", then it is displayed in "nickname <JID>" format.
