Add XMPP_CONN_FLAG_DIRECT_TLS.

... which aliases `XMPP_CONN_FLAG_LEGACY_SSL`. This was called 'legacy',
when everyone thought STARTTLS is the future, but that turned out
differently and direct TLS is recommended nowadays.
