Instead of using the "cloning version" `xmpp_stanza_add_child()` use the
version that takes ownership, so we don't have to release directly
afterwards.

If parser has an unfinished stanza with depth > 1, it can happen that
parser->stanza points to a child. Releasing the child doesn't free the
parent stanza.
Instead of releasing parser->stanza in parser_reset() and parser_free(),
find the top most parent and release the whole tree. Also add a test
case for this memory leak.
@sjaeckel integrated clang-format with formal coding style. Run his
script and commit changes.
There are pros and cons of this commit.
Mixed coding style is a "broken window". A good single style simplifies
reading and writing code.
On the other hand, this is a big change which will lead to conflicts.
Libstrophe doesn't override memory allocation functions in XML libraries
and default allocators are used as result.
Current patch solves this issue partially for expat module. The module
caches 1st strophe context and overrides expat's allocator for parsers
within this context. For all other contexts, fallback to default
allocator.
This is modified version of solution from UnrealEngine project.
@curse666 suggested solution for #46 which reduces memory usage in expat
module. Current patch fixes few issues:
- Inner text is lost for depth 1 stanzas
- Incorrect handling of mixed xml <x>text<y/></x>
- Reduced number of realloc() calls
The use of 0xff as a separator for libexpat only works on arch where
char is defined as an unsigned char. This is an unportable behaviour.
Before this patch this is what I experienced:

expat is still the default parser, but libxml2 can also be used
via an option to the configure script. New parsers can easily be
added by implementing a parser_foo.c that uses the interface defined
in parser.h.
