Show OTR coloured status

Customisable within theme files e.g.:
titlebar.unencrypted=red
titlebar.encrypted=green
titlebar.trusted=red
titlebar.untrusted=green

Shows [unencrypted] for all non-OTR chat

Disable with '/otr warn off'
