If we build Profanity without GTK we dont iterate the context so we will
never know when the editor exited. Calling `g_main_context_iteration()`
or finally switching to GMainLoop fixes this.
So far calling `tray_update()` does this for us in GTK builds.
So this went unnoticed.
The editor will inherit ignored signal handlers (SIGINT, SIGTSTP, SIGPIPE)
from us. Neovim uses libuv which seems to check SIGINT on startup to
determine whether the environment is interactive or not.
We now reset these signals to SIG_DFL in the child process before execvp.
Profanity uses readline which still competed for terminal input with the
editor. We only took care about other Profanity UI processes in our
previous commit. This led to misordered characters in the editor.
In my tests with vim everything worked fine and these bugs were
discovered when a user used neovim.

Move from blocking fork/wait logic to nonblocking fork and
g_child_watch_add.
This ensures that the Profanity main loop continues to run while an
external editor is open. So we don't loose connection and react to
pings.
We change editor handling also in vcard and muc subject editing.
In the new implementation we are launching the editor and passing a
callback which we will use once the editor exited.
We use the recently added ui_susped() and ui_resume().
To not clutter the UI we need to check whether Profanity UI is suspended
and omit drawing in this case.

Commit 81f92f1fe introduced a selective update mechanism to
_accounts_save() to prevent overwrites when running multiple instances
by only modifying the specific account being saved.
Commit 5c484c fixed a problem with that commit regarding empty accounts.
It turns there was another bug introduced:
The new implementation only set the keys that existed in memory.
So removal of keys was not possible anymore.

While trying to get the unit tests working again I stumbled over all those
things that I thought could be better^TM.
Now we also know "TODO: why does this make the test fail?" - because
the unit tests are brittle AF ... and we have to init the subsystems
we use in the test, otherwise the cleanup will fail...
BTW. you can now also only run a single test ... or a pattern or so ...
you'd have to read how `cmocka_set_test_filter()` works exactly.

Instead of adding stuff to `_shutdown()`, we can now register a shutdown
routine from the respective `init()` function of our modules.
This also has the advantage, that we're sure they're called in reverse
order from how the initialization happened.
I didn't simply use `atexit()` because POSIX says that the number of
possible callbacks is limited (min 32) and I was not sure whether
we will maybe extend this number at one point.

In the documentation of the `muc_nick` function we can read:
> The nickname is owned by the chat room and should not be modified or freed
We should reflect that in the return type and `strdup` the value for the
plugin API.

Before this patch the following scenario lead to a segfault:
1. open a window that sends a MAM request
2. fast enough close that window again before the MAM response was
processed
Once the MAM response is received we'd call `_mam_rsm_id_handler()`
from the `_iq_handler()` and `window` would point to a non-existant window
which leads to a segfault.

The current code is inherently racy: if screen update takes
considerable time (e.g. when working over network) and a user
performed a series of resizes the final event might get ignored and
the display will be left in inconsistent state.
Fix the race by unsetting the flag first so if the next WINCH signal
is received while display is resizing it'll be processed on the next
iteration.
Old: `/intype on|of`
Typing information is printed in console and titlebar.
New: `/intype titlebar|console on|off`
Typing information can be configured in more detail.

If we receive a message we get:

Same for private chats and regular chats.
And several other kinds of notifications.
If we only receive notifications from a chat window it would be nice to
also clear the hilight on the console window since we already catched up
by reading the actual message in the chat window.

This is because the actual command that parses itself (cmd_logging) returns false if it didn't get the expected parameters.
Handing the printing however is done by another function. This function is added to the Command struct as setting_function.
So if this is set, and the actual command returns false. We should just call the setting_function and not print the error message.
